‘The Voice’ Finale Recap: Who Won Season 14?
This is it! Who won season 14 of ‘The Voice? — Spensha, Kyla , Britton, or Brynn? Check out our recap to find out!
Kyla Jade B (Team Blake), Britton Buchanan (Team Alicia), Spensha Baker (Team Blake) or Brynn Cartelli (Team Kelly) — Who will be crowned the winner of The Voice? The wait is finally over and season 14 will come to a close on May 22! Before the final results are revealed, some of music’s biggest names will take the stage for surprise performances and other celeb artists with perform duets with the final contests! Jason Aldean, James Bay, Big Sean, Florence + the Machine, Halsey, Dua Lipa and Season 13 Winner Chloe Kohanski will all take the stage for epic performances. And, there’s more celeb surprises to come (like the winner… As seen below)!
The show opened with Britton Buchanan, joined by former artists, Jackie Foster Wilkes, Christiana Danielle, and Mia Boostrom for an emotional performance of “In The Air Tonight” by Phil Collins. After a hilarious tribute to Kelly Clarkson for being the newest Voice judge, Dua Lipa hit the stage to perform her smash hit, “IDGAF”.
Then, multi-platinum country artist Kane Brown returned to The Voice stage to perform his double-platinum No. 1 hit song “What Ifs” with country crooner and finalist Spensha Baker. Their duet was nearly flawless as the two were totally in sync. Right after, fans got a real treat when Alicia Keys performed “Us” with James Bay.
The performances kept going with Season 13 Winner Chloe Kohanski returning to The Voice stage to perform her new single “Come This Far”. — A powerful rock anthem about making it so far and winning the competition.
Brynn Cartelli and Julia Michaels teamed up for “Issues” and “Jump!” After they owned the stage, it was time for Blake Shelton’s hilarious skit of the night. He was Dallas Colt P.I… country star by day, undercover investigator by night! And, Jimmy Fallon even made a hysterical cameo in a blonde wig and eyepatch. LOL!
Former artists Sharane Calister (Team Adam), Rayshun LamMarr (Team Adam), Johnny Bliss (Team Alicia) and Kyla (Team Blake) put on a soulful rendition “Papa Was A Rolling Stone”.
HOLD UP — Each of the four finalists were just gifted surprise Toyotas!
Florence + The Machine just killed their performance of “Hunger”!
Britton Buchanan and Ryan Adams took the stage to perform Adams’ hit, “To Be without You.” And, it sounded like they had been a duet for years!
Then, time completely stopped because Halsey and Big Sean performed “Alone.” She looked stunning with a long blonde money tail, white crop top and nude sheer leggings. Jason Aldean followed with an emotional performance of his song, “Drown the Whiskey”.
Reunited and it never looked or sounded SO good! — Jennifer Hudson and her former backup singer Kyla Jade put on a powerful and (playfully) competitive performance of “I Know Where I’ve Been”.
