It’s official, Queen Taylor Swift is back!
The ‘Reputation‘ singer stole the show last night at the Billboard Music Awards with her first award show appearance in two years!
After taking home two awards –Top Female Artist and Top Selling Album – the 28-year-old gave two heartfelt speeches. She dedicated her awards to all other female artists that came before her, and reflecting on the time in her life when she wrote ‘Reputation.’
Revealing that she felt misunderstood while writing the album, Taylor thanked her fans for always staying by her side no matter what!
“When I was writing Reputation, for a while there I felt really, really misunderstood by a lot of people. I just want to say to the fans, thank you for continuing to show up. The ways that you have cared about me, and the ways that you’ve treated me… thank you for making me feel understood again.”
