Melissa Gorga is the ultimate soccer mom

“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Melissa Gorga can add soccer mom to her résumé.
A source exclusively tells Page Six that Gorga’s 7-year-old son, Joey, is part of a private soccer team in Franklin Lakes, NJ, and that Gorga is the “only mom” who picks up and drops off her son at every practice.
“It’s usually only nannies doing the driving,” the source said, “but Melissa is there at every single practice.”
Because it’s a private club team, parents and/or nannies aren’t allowed to stay and watch the kids play.
“It’s not all fun and games,” the insider said. “It’s very strict.”
Despite the strict policies, the young athletes aren’t allowed to be benched. That said, cuts take place in April.
