Did Kylie Jenner flip out on Travis Scott after he almost crashed their golf cart during a joy ride? That’s the claim in one of this week’s tabloids. Gossip Cop looked into the supposed situation and we’ve exclusively learned the truth.

According to Star, Scott recently convinced his girlfriend to leave their baby Stormi with a nanny while they went for a spin in their golf car to blow off some steam. As the story goes, the rapper got carried away and began driving erratically. A so-called “source” tells the magazine, “Travis ended up hitting a curb and was up on two wheels. Kylie was frightened and furious.”

The outlet’s alleged insider says that Jenner screamed, “I’m a mother now, you have to be more careful!” before ordering her boyfriend “to snail it slowly back to the house.” But Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to the situation, who laughed off the tabloid’s tall tale before exclusively assuring us it never happened. Also, the couple has never been spotted driving around in a golf cart, so it’s not clear if they even own one. Regardless, the magazine’s article is fabricated.

It’s also worth noting, Scott bought Jenner a $1.4 million LaFerrari as a push present following the birth of their daughter last month. The vehicle has a top speed of nearly 220 mph. Of course, the reality star hasn’t pushed the pedal to the medal quite that fast, but it’s safe to say she’s not scared of riding around in a golf cart. Also, the rapper was recently spotted driving the car swiftly out of a parking lot while his girlfriend sat in the passenger seat. Simply put, Scott’s driving skills don’t seem to be an issue for the reality star.

Unfortunately, Star consistently churns out nonsense about the couple’s relationship, so we’re not surprised by this latest fabrication. Gossip Cop recently busted the outlet for falsely claiming Kris Jenner paid Scott $4 million to stick around for Kylie and their baby. Shortly before that, the magazine made up a story about Scott partying instead of co-parenting. This latest article about a near-accident in a golf cart is more fiction.
