Kourtney Kardashian Getting Back Together With Scott Disick?

Is Kourtney Kardashian getting back together with Scott Disick? A report claims the exes may be on their way to reuniting. But Gossip Cop can debunk the story.

The article in question appears in OK! Australia, under the headline, “Kourtney Back With Scott!” According to the tabloid, Kardashian’s continued closeness with the father of her three kids is causing problems in her relationship with Younes Bendjima. “It’s driving Younes crazy. He doesn’t trust Scott and has accused Kourtney of still having feelings for him,” a so-called “insider” is quoted as saying.

Consequently, Kardashian and Bendjima are described as “definitely on the rocks,” and the gossip magazine goes as far as suggesting the model may be the victim of the “Kardashian curse.” What’s “making matters worse,” contends the outlet, is that Kardashian’s mom, Kris Jenner, is “firmly Team Scott.” As evidence, the publication quotes the family matriarch as saying, “I have always been a fan of Kourtney and Scott together, so that would be my first choice.”

What the tabloid fails to mention, however, is that those remarks are more than a year old. Jenner made the comments in an interview with Us Weekly, before Kardashian even embarked on a serious relationship with Bendjima. After deceptively not providing key context for Jenner’s quote, the magazine goes on to assert that “adding to Younes’ concerns are signs that Scott may be cooling off” with Sofia Richie. The outlet points to Disick’s absence when Richie’s dad Lionel recently had his hand-and-footprint ceremony.

But the publication doesn’t acknowledge the couple has been seen together multiple times since then. Richie even posted a sweet tribute to Disick on Instagram on Monday. Still, the tabloid maintains “Kourtney hasn’t ruled out a reunion with Scott,” and highlights how Kardashian has said she’d be open to having a fourth child with Disick if the “situation was right.” But again, the magazine doesn’t acknowledge the full circumstances.

Kardashian made the comment on last October’s season premiere of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” an episode that was filmed months before it actually aired. And though she suggested the possibility of giving her kids another sibling with the same father, the reality star stressed to her family, “But that doesn’t mean, like, tomorrow, guys. So don’t get any ideas.” The problem, of course, is that this magazine seems to have lots of ideas about Kardashian and Disick getting back together, none of them actually accurate.

Far from planning to imminently reunite with her ex, Kardashian and Benjimda just went on a road trip together, which they each documented on social media. The couple’s romance may not last forever, and Disick could reenter the picture romantically at some point down the line, but she is clearly committed to the relationship with Bendjima for the foreseeable future.
