Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Did NOT Have “Fight” Over John Legend, Despite Report

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West did not have a “fight” over John Legend, despite a report. Gossip Cop can bust this story. All is well between West and Legend, as well as West and Kardashian.

But RadarOnline is dramatically announcing in a headline, “On The Brink! Kim & Kanye Get Into Fight After He Disrespects John Legend.” As many outlets covered this week, West tweeted a photo of a text exchange he and Legend engaged in about the rapper’s support of Donald Trump. Now according to the site, Kardashian is “livid” and “completely lost it” after West supposedly put Legend “on blast” via his tweet.

“She couldn’t believe he would do that,” a so-called “source” is quoted as saying, alleging Kardashian “flipped out” on her outspoken husband and “told him that he needs to stop the madness.” Contends the supposed snitch, “Kim was already upset about Kanye’s ridiculous tweets,” and she “feels that he went too far this time.” The website’s alleged tipster further asserts Kardashian believes West “should have never come for John like that when he knows how close she is” with Legend’s wife, Chrissy Teigen.

After West’s posting, Teigen tweeted to Kardashian asking if they were “still doing dinner Friday.” Kardashian confirmed that they were, but the blog claims she was just “attempting to save face.” But this characterization is bogus. The claim the reality star blew up at her husband for tweeting his text with West is also phony. She is not mad at him for doing something Legend knew was going to happen and even encouraged.

As seen in the photo of the conversation West posted on Twitter, Legend told him at the end, “And since you’re posting texts, let me add that I have a new single out haha.” In other words, the singer was aware that his exchange with West was going to end up on social media. If Legend was okay with that and essentially gave his blessing, it makes no sense to claim Kardashian was angry and saw it as “disrespect.”

As for Kardashian saying she and Teigen were still on for dinner merely to “save face,” that was not an act of damage control. The real reason the pair was getting together, unbeknownst to the model, was Kardashian and West helped plan a surprise baby shower for her. The party still took place as intended, with West and Legend dancing together, and the rapper even tweeting a selfie they took with the caption, “We got love.”

There was no ongoing issue between West and Legend, just two pals having a dialogue that they agreed to share publicly. The notion that Kardashian has been upset with her husband over nonexistent “disrespect” is implausible and unsubstantiated.
