Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Think Selling Their Baby's Photo Is Immoral
You'll never guess how much they turned down from tabloids!
Though family comes first for Kim Kardashian, she turned her back a Kardashian tradition for the longest time.
In a new post on her app, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star said she didn’t go on the family’s annual family ski trip for more than 10 year after her father, Robert Kardashian, died from esophageal cancer in 2003. Though she learned to ski at a young age, the 37-year-old revealed she didn’t feel like hitting the slopes following her dad’s passing.
“My parents put me in ski school when I was 3. My siblings and I all learned to ski at a really young age,” she recalled. “I’m grateful that they put us in those lessons now, even though I would always complain about dressing in all the layers. Snow, blizzard or sunshine, we had to be on the slopes—and now I’m so glad we have those memories.”
“After my dad died, I didn’t ski for over a decade,” she continued. “We usually skied together on Thanksgiving, which was his holiday to take us.”

According to the KKW Beauty founder, she realized the importance of keeping up — pardon the pun — her family’s tradition when she had kids of her own. Now, she wrote, she’s since reinstated the yearly trip with husband Kanye West and their three children: North, 4, Saint, 2, and Chicago, 2 months.
Most recently, she was spotted indulging in the winter sport once more during a visit to Wyoming.
“Once I finally got back out there, it was as if I never left,” she shared. “Now, I make it a point to go at least once a year with my family.”
She added, “North has already had two years of ski lessons and I can’t wait to start Saint next year! It’s such a fun activity to do together as a family.”
