Pregnancy isn’t going to slow Khloé Kardashian down one bit!

The busy reality star, who is expecting her first childa boy — with Tristan Thompson, vows to continue working out as her baby bump continues to grow. Just a day after she was spotted showing off her killer dance moves with a flash mob, the 33-year-old revealed her “exact pregnancy workout” to subscribers on her app.

“I’m so lucky that I’ve been able to stay active during my pregnancy,” the mom-to-be shared. “If I’m not doing something, I just feel off, ya know? I can’t beast out in the gym the way I could six months ago — and, let’s get real, it’ll be a few more months before I can again — but I’m definitely doing what I can.”

According to the Revenge Body host, she warms up with cardio — specifically 30 minutes on the stair-climber followed by circuit training — before pairing shoulder raises with squats.

“Nothing’s better than a move with a dual purpose, right?” she wrote. “For this one, I do a dumbbell press above my head and, as my arms come back down, I drop into a squat. Continue this for 30 seconds for one set — and then do three more!”

During her routine, Khloé also does a set of what she calls the “push-up shoulder tap,” which requires her to tap her shoulders with opposing hands while lifting body during a traditional push-up. Afterward, the Strong Looks Better Naked author will do a lateral duck walk — taking three steps before doing one pull-up on a TRX strap — with a resistance wrapped above her knees.

To tone her upper body, the expectant mother works out using battle ropes doing “30 chest presses with a dumbbell in each hand for a total of three sets” on a balance ball. She ends her workout with two tough exercises: holding a squat for a full minute and a set of planks to train her core.

Though her entire exercise regimen may look strenuous, Khloé previously said all her workouts have been approved by medical professionals. Amid concerns she was going too HAM in the gym, the Good American denim designer recently tweeted, “For the ones who think they are physicians all of a sudden but MY doctor and I communicate and my workouts are cleared and highly recommended.”

She added, “Thanks kiddos! Don’t make me stop sharing sh*t.”
