Oops! Katy Perry Flashes Fan in Embarrassing Wardrobe Malfunction
The 'American Idol' just got a whole lot NSFW.
Oops! She did it again.
Just a month after Katy Perry accidentally flashed thousands of viewers on American Idol, the “Swish Swish” singer suffered yet another embarrassing wardrobe malfunction during Monday night’s episode of the singing competition.
After listening to contestant Maddie Poppe’s collaborative “Bubbly” duet with Colbie Caillat, the 33-year-old couldn’t contain her excitement and laughed so hard that her silver jumpsuit ripped opened in the back. “I just split my pants!” she announced before getting up from her chair to show her fashion mishap to the audience.

Though fellow judge Lionel Richie tried to cover up Katy’s bare booty, his attempt proved to be too slow for the camera as producers had to later edit in a strategically placed show logo to hide Katy’s butt from TV viewers.
“Save the children!” judge Luke Bryan laughed while a crew member rushed in to fix the rip.

Katy also poked at the style snafu on Twitter, sharing a video of the hilarious incident. “I have good news and bad news today,” she wrote. “I won’t be able to live stream #AmericanIdol today but : I CAN promise you some pants splitting fun.”

As Celebuzz! previously reported, the songstress accidentally exposed herself earlier this season while dancing with Idol hopeful Michelle Sussett during an audition. In attempting to drop it like it’s hot, pop star revealed a little bit too when she fell down in her heels and her short dress rode up to her waist.
“Oh dear God,” her fellow judge joked. “There are things a man can’t unsee!”
