YouTubers took to social media to spread love after the heartbreaking news broke yesterday that an active shooting was occurring at the video streaming site’s headquarters in San Bruno, California. This comes just over a week after citizens took to the streets and marched to make a difference and urge policymakers to reform gun control legislation in the March For Our Lives.
Here’s how some of YouTube’s biggest influencers — like JoJo Siwa, LaurDIY, James Charles, Alisha Marie, Brooklyn and Bailey and more — reacted:
So unbelievably sad today. Hearing what happened at the YT Headquarters is heartbreaking.💔 I forever love YouTube and everyone who works for the amazing company, you are all in my prayers. Stay safe everyone and let’s make a change. ❤️
