A new report claiming Jennifer Aniston has banned Justin Theroux from her social circle is completely untrue. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this claim. A rep for Aniston tells us it’s false.
According to RadarOnline, the actress has decided to hire a new set of hairdressers and stylists because many of them still work with her estranged husband. An alleged insider says Aniston is annoyed that many members of her glam team are “now taking appointments with Justin,” so she’s cutting ties with all of them. “She’s had to let these people go if they’re not loyal,” adds the questionable source.
The seemingly phony tipster goes on to say that Aniston has made it clear to her and Theroux’s mutual friends that “it’s her or Justin and she doesn’t want to be a part of Justin’s social chain.” This is provably untrue. Aniston and Theroux both attended Jimmy Kimmel’s son’s first birthday party in February. The exes went to the event at separate times, but they’re both clearly still friends with the talk show host. If Aniston had truly told her friends that they have to choose sides, then she wouldn’t have attended Kimmel’s party.
As for the notion that Aniston has fired all of her hairdressers and stylists who still work with Theroux, that’s simply not the case. The outrageous claim is coming from an anonymous, untraceable and seemingly nonexistent “insider.” Meanwhile, the actress’s spokesperson tells Gossip Cop on the record that it’s complete nonsense. It’s worth noting, Aniston and Theroux spend most of their time in different cities, with her primarily based in Los Angeles and him living in New York City. If she is in fact using different stylists than her estranged husband, which there’s no evidence to support, it’s probably because they live on opposite sides of the country.
Unfortunately, RadarOnline constantly alleges there’s animosity between the estranged spouses, so we’re not surprised by the blog’s latest attempt to do so. In fact, the outlet made up a similar story last month about Aniston telling Theroux to “stay away” from her friends. Gossip Cop debunked the ridiculous report, so now the outlet is flipping the premise by alleging the actress is telling her friends to stay away from Theroux.
Remember, when Aniston and Theroux announced their separation in February, they warned fans not to believe any “fictional narratives” that would ultimately be written about them. The exes were right to caution everyone, because the gossip media has been peddling fiction about the two since their split. This latest article about Aniston banning Theroux from her social circle is another example.
