Jennifer Aniston does not want Justin Theroux to “take her back” after “failing to rekindle” a romance with Brad Pitt, despite a new report. Gossip Cop can bust this untrue story. The actress is committed to moving on with her life.

But according to RadarOnline, Aniston is “pining” for Theroux “now that Brad Pitt’s cozying up with brainbox Neri Oxman.” The site claims that after it became clear her “chances of rekindling a romance with Pitt were shot,” Aniston started “regretting” her separation from Theroux. A supposed source is quoted as saying, “Jen wants Justin to reconsider the split, even it’s only for a trial period.”

The blog’s alleged source goes on to contend Aniston “forgives Justin for messing her around so badly” and wants to “forge a good relationship with him.” Asserts this purported tipster, “Right now if he’d give her another chance she’d take him back in a heartbeat.” Curiously, the website doesn’t mention what happened to Aniston and Pitt’s plans for him to be her “baby daddy.”

It was just last month that the outlet claimed the exes had agreed to have a baby together. Of course, that was made-up baloney. As Gossip Cop has repeatedly noted, Aniston and Pitt haven’t seen one another in ages. The notion that she’s been trying to “rekindle” a romance between them is patently false. It’s also untrue that Pitt is “cozying up” to Oxman. Page Six has reported, and Gossip Cop confirmed with his rep ,that Pitt and the MIT professor are strictly friends.

In any case, the status of his love life has nothing to do with Aniston’s. She is not pursuing a reconciliation with Theroux regardless. In fact, Aniston and Theroux just avoided running into each other at a birthday party for Jimmy Kimmel’s son last weekend. People subsequently reported the actress is “doing well” and “moving on with her life.” In fact, in a previous story about Aniston moving on, the credible magazine specifically reported that exes “won’t get back together.”

This narrative about a trial reunion seems to be RadarOnline’s latest poor attempt at pretending to have insight on the exes. Since their February split, the online publication has been churning out a steady stream of unsubstantiated and disproven claims, such as Aniston supposedly paying Theroux to keep her “secrets” quiet and leaning on Vince Vaughn as she copes with the breakup. She and Theroux warned fans that the gossip media would spread “fictional narratives” about them, and the site keeps proving the pair right.
