Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley are not “living separate lives,” despite a completely false tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s simply false.
An article in the latest issue of Life & Style says the action star and supermodel, who’ve been engaged since January 2016 and share a nearly one-year-old son, are barely a couple. A so-called “source” tells the magazine, “There really isn’t a relationship between them right now. They’re living separate lives.”
The outlet’s questionable insider further contends that having a baby drove the couple apart because “now that she has her little boy, Jason doesn’t get much attention from Rosie.” The seemingly nonexistent insider concludes, “They want to make it work for Jack’s sake. But the reality is, his parents are rarely together.”
This entire narrative is provably untrue. Statham and Huntington-Whiteley were spotted on a date night at Nobu in Los Angeles just last week. Days before that, Huntington-Whiteley celebrated her 31st birthday with her fiancé and a group of friends, documenting the fun night on social media. And earlier this week, the supermodel posted an Instagram photo of her and Statham at a party along with the caption, “Love, let’s talk about love.”
In addition to all the evidence proving the actor and model are very much together, a mutual pal of ours and Statham tells Gossip Cop on the condition of anonymity that the tabloid’s story is untrue. We’re told he and Huntington-Whiteley are “very happy.” Also, considering the two have been at each other’s sides several times in the past two weeks alone, the magazine’s tale of “separate lives” is clearly baseless.
Meanwhile, Huntington-Whiteley described Statham as “the best dad” in an interview for her March 2018 Harper’s Bazaar cover story. The model added, “I can’t even put it into words… It’s really a beautiful thing to watch.” The piece even mentioned that she showed the reporter cute photos of Statham and their baby boy on her phone.
Unfortunately, the tabloids have been trying to break up the happy couple for the majority of their relationship, which began back in 2010. For example, Gossip Cop called out RadarOnline in 2013 for falsely claiming the two had split. In 2015, we debunked a bogus National Enquirer article claiming Statham and Huntington-Whiteley were “on the rocks.” And in 2016, we shot down a phony Star story about the actor allegedly “picking up women” behind his fianceé’s back. It’s now 2018, and the two remain very happy together.
