Chance Perez‘s newest tattoo is literally the sweetest thing ever!
The 20-year-old In Real Life singer took to Instagram to reveal the brand-new tattoo he got to honor someone very special to him: his mom!
To celebrate his mom and everything she’s done for him, Chance got the phrase, “In the Hands of God” tattooed on the side of his right arm. To make the tattoo even more meaningful, the tattoo is written in his mom’s handwriting!
Along with his photo on Instagram, Chance wrote a heartfelt caption explaining how much the tattoo means to him, check it out:
“My mom has always been there for me. She has given me so much love and wisdom in my life. When my dad passed away in 2006, she had to raise me and my two sisters by herself. Whenever people asked her what she did, how she got through it, she would tell them that she put it in God’s hands. Whenever I would have doubts, worries, strife, hardships, I ask her for advice. Every time, since I was little up until now, she tells me to give it to God. I always have, and I always will. Thank you mom. I love you.”
