It all started when she wrote:

We assumed it was just about her falling out with BFF Marissa Callahan. But now we're hearing rumors Demi is parting ways with some folks close to her…
First up, she's rumored to have fired her longtime manager Phil McIntyre and quietly signed with someone new. Phil also manages Nick Jonas, leading some to speculate she's also cut ties with her childhood pal.
Wow. Did they really Ruin The Friendship??
Next, we're hearing she split with her "personal development coach" Mike Bayer — with whom she co-founded the CAST Centers.
Those are some drastic moves — both have been close to Demi for so long!
And while Demi isn't confirming anything, her tweets continue to hint at big changes:
