Paltrow calls Pitt's heroism "fantastic" and says "he's the best."
Gwyneth Paltrow spilled more details about that time former boyfriend Brad Pitt came to her defense decades ago after Harvey Weinstein made an inappropriate pass at her.
"It was the equivalent of throwing [Weinstein] against the wall, energetically," Paltrow told Howard Stern on his SiriusXM show Wednesday. "[Pitt] said [to him], 'If you ever make her feel uncomfortable again, I’ll kill you.' Or something like that."

"It was so fantastic, because what he did was he leveraged his fame and power to protect me at a time when I didn’t have fame or power yet," she continued. "He's the best."
After she was hired for the 1996 film "Emma," Paltrow was called into a meeting in the media mogul's hotel room in Beverly Hills. Weinstein had suggested that they go get massages in his bedroom.
"We had one incident in a hotel room where he tried to make a pass at me," she told Stern. "It was weird. I was alone in a room with him. It was out of the blue. I was blindsided. I was shocked."

Paltrow, who was in her early 20s at the time of the incident, explained that she was "shaken" by the whole thing and told Pitt immediately. At the time, she had two movies lined up with Weinstein, and was therefore terrified to stand up to him.
"I thought he was going to fire me," she told the New York Times in October. "He screamed at me for a long time. It was brutal."
The "Iron Man" star also told Stern how she was hesitant at first to go on the record for the New York Times exposé, because at the time the "floodgates hadn't opened" yet.
Of course we now know that Paltrow's account was just the tip of the iceberg, as over 50 women have accused Weinstein of some sort of sexual harassment or misconduct.
