Graziano Sisters Take On Self-Hatred In 'Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition' Sneak Peek (Exclusive)

The sisters do not go easy on themselves as the call out their own anxiety, anger and insecurity.

The Graziano sisters are coming after a new target on this week's "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition": themselves.

In this exclusive sneak peek at Friday's new episode, the therapists' idea of a "cathartic" experience is taking a paddle — scribbled with everything you hate about yourself — and whacking it against a punching bag.

"So here's how it works. Go look at your paddle. You're going to read the one thing off. You're going to say, 'I hate that I'm obsessive about work,'" Dr. Ish Major explains before hitting a punching bag. "Bam!'"

"The next phase of the process is an actual physical release of all that self-hatred," Dr. Venus Nicolino adds. "Which in a controlled environment can be incredibly healthy and cathartic."

Major says this aggressive self-therapy releases endorphins and can "trigger a positive and an energizing effect." The activity certainly triggers something.

"I hate that I'm not as patient as I want to be," "Mob Wives" star Renee Graziano's sister Jennifer starts.

She later resumes the paddling to wham out her frustration of being "closed off," accompanied with a flashback of Renee thinking Jennifer doesn't have her back. Meanwhile, Renee laments that she's insecure.

"I hate being angry," Lana says during her turn. She later says in a confessional, "I don't like my anger. I don't sit to listen and that stops me from getting along with my sisters."

The "energizing effect" Major mentions must kick in for Renee, because she suddenly unleashes a tirade: "I hate the anxiety, I'm scared to change, quick to assume, quick to judge."

"I feel like f-cking Rocky, that's how I feel," Renee tells a confession camera after.
