Destiny’s Child’s Michelle Williams Reveals Secret Engagement To Pastor Chad Johnson!

Michelle Williams just confirmed that she is engaged to her boyfriend of a year, Chad Johnson, and has been for a month! He put a ring on it before her Coachella performance with Beyoncé! Smart guy!

The Destiny's Child singer told People if the exciting news:
"We could not contain this any longer!"
She added of them meeting last year during a spiritual retreat led by Johnson, who is a pastor and life coach:
"I was in a horrible, dark place. I just needed to go somewhere where I could get a message of hope and restoration, rejuvenation — get connected to God."
The 40-year-old pastor added:
"When we met, both of us were in very similar places on a personal level. Michelle was coming off the heels of a really bad relationship, and I was just in a place of despair as well."
Their relationship was slow to start but after Williams slid in Johnson's DMs… the rest was history! Congrats, you two!
