Jasmine Barkley, shown above, made a racist video asking if it’s alright for her to use the n-word if it’s in a song. Jasmine attends William Paterson University.
Kaitlin Listro, a Penn State student in the below video, also went on an n-word laced rant with her good friend Jasmine and Penn State says they aren’t gonna do jack about it… “Free Speech.”

Penn State’s embrace of diversity & inclusion, and opposition to prejudice & hate, are clear. We condemn racist messages, as they are hateful and violate our institutional values. We cannot, however, impose sanctions for Constitutionally protected speech, no matter how offensive.
