Channing Tatum, Jenna Dewan NOT ‘Avoiding Each Other’ After Split, Despite Report

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan have not been “avoiding each other” following their split, despite a completely false report. Gossip Cop can exclusively clear up the situation. A rep for the actor tells us it’s not true, as do sources close to the actress.

According to HollywoodLife, which frequently pretends to have insider knowledge about various celebrities, the estranged spouses aren’t interacting much while co-parenting their young daughter. An alleged “source” tells the site that Dewan “has been going out of her way” to steer clear of Tatum ever since their breakup.

The actor did in fact move out of the family’s Los Angeles home, but the blog’s phony insider contends that Dewan “is careful to leave quickly” whenever the actor visits to spend time with their little girl. “She’d prefer not to see him, it’s too painful,” adds the supposed tipster.

None of this is accurate. A rep for Tatum tells Gossip Cop, “The media is fabricating stories and none of these accusations are remotely true. Channing and Jenna released an honest and loving statement which is the only truth.” The ex-couple had said in their separation announcement that “no secrets nor salacious events” led to their split. The pair also stressed they’re still “best friends” and “loving dedicated parents.”

Additionally, Dewan’s camp tells Gossip Cop exclusively, “These rumors are all fiction. Everyone is super interested in speculating on their private life and there are people who think they have an idea of the inner life of this relationship, but it’s simply not the case.” Our impeccable Dewan insider adds, “They are lovingly deciding to continue their lives together as friends and parents because that’s how their relationship has grown.”

It should also be noted, the estranged spouses separated months prior to announcing it publicly, but they’ve been on very good terms. Last month, Dewan brought their daughter Everly to the Kids’ Choice Awards so she could see her father on stage. Later, Tatum posted an Instagram photo of him and his ex covered in face paint, courtesy of their 4-year-old. It’s clear that Tatum and Dewan’s dynamic remains friendly, and it’s equally apparent that no one in their inner circle is speaking to HollywoodLies.
