A new report claiming Blake Shelton “dumped” Gwen Stefani is not true. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this tabloid cover story. The couple is very much still together.

But In Touch alleges in its latest issue that Stefani has been left “humiliated” after Shelton supposedly “left her” last month. It’s specifically claimed the country superstar “grew tired of dealing with their many problems” and now considers himself “single again after calling it quits” with Stefani. A so-called “source” is quoted as saying, “Gwen doesn’t know what hit her. She’s heartbroken.”

How to explain Stefani continuing to show love for Shelton on Instagram? According to the gossip magazine, the songstress isn’t “accepting her new reality.” While she’s been posting about “missing” him while he’s on the road touring, “Blake has drastically slowed regular communication with her,” the supposed snitch claims to the outlet. The publication even contends he’s been “looking for the exit for a while.”

Among the purported issues that led to alleged breakup are “their unsuccessful attempts to get pregnant,” Stefani’s “jealousy over other women,” and her “tumultuous relationship” with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale. “Blake’s through with Gwen’s neediness and all the drama,” declares the questionable tipster. An “explosive final fight” supposedly came at the end of February, when Shelton allegedly told Stefani he didn’t want her to join him on tour. Following the “nastiest argument ever,” he “took off without even saying goodbye,” marking a “real turning point in their relationship,” asserts the tabloid’s “source.”

But there’s little that’s actually “real” about this article. While it’s true Shelton is currently doing his “Country Music Freaks Tour,” with dates scheduled through March 17, he has not abandoned his relationship with Stefani. In fact, while the outlet insists the split happened around February 24, on February 25 Shelton and Stefani were together celebrating at her son’s “Scooby-Doo” birthday party. A rep also confirms exclusively to Gossip Cop that this breakup tale is “untrue.”

Furthermore, this is not the first time In Touch has tried to fool readers with such a cover story. As seen below, last May the tabloid offered a nearly identical “Dumped At The Same Time” edition, falsely claiming Stefani was “dumped” by Shelton. It wasn’t true then, and it still isn’t true now.
