Kim Kardashian NOT Filing For Divorce From Kanye West Over Twitter Rants, Despite Report

Kim Kardashian is not filing to divorce Kanye West over his Twitter rants. As Gossip Cop already reported this week, and again confirmed now, they’re not divorcing at all. We can exclusively debunk a new tabloid cover story falsely claiming otherwise.
This untrue report comes from Life & Style, which contends in its new issue, “As Kanye West melts down yet again, a fed-up Kim Kardashian takes a drastic step toward ending her troubled marriage.” According to the story, West’s “problems are more serious than anyone knows… and they’ve led to the disintegration of his marriage after nearly four years.” A so-called “source” is quoted as saying, “Kim is in talks with lawyers about getting a divorce.”
The gossip magazine points to West’s purported “social media meltdown” as the catalyst for the split. The outlet maintains the rapper’s tweets have become “increasingly bizarre,” and references one message from last month about going to Mars. The publication, however, fails to realize that the line, “I’m supercharged, we about to take this whole thing to Mars,” is a lyric sung by Beyonce in Jay-Z and West’s 2011 song, “Lift Off.” To claim that it’s now proof of a poor mental state is ridiculous and bogus.
Still, the tabloid maintains Kardashian and West are at odds over his Twitter habits. “They fight constantly, blowout fights,” an alleged “insider” claims, adding, “She can’t take it anymore.” The magazine contends the performer warned his wife against doing an intervention, and asserts that on top of not sleeping in the same room as him, she frequently “flees” with the kids to mom Kris Jenner’s home. “She’s afraid for Kanye, herself and her family. That’s the main reason Kim wants a divorce,” the purported “insider” alleges.
Throughout the article, it’s insisted that the “KUWTK” star is at a “breaking point” and wants a “clean break” from her husband. Yet just a few days ago, Kardashian was on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” where she looked toward their future together by talking about plans for their late May wedding anniversary and West’s early June birthday. It also makes little sense to allege West’s Twitter rants have driven the couple apart when Kardashian tweeted this week, “Twitter is such a bette[r] place with @kanyewest on here.”
And as we previously noted, while People reported the West’s behavior can sometimes be “draining” for Kardashian, the credible magazine stressed that there was “no major strain” between them. Additionally, Us Weekly has a new article explaining that although Kardashian wants it clear she doesn’t hold the same views as West, claims of “Kim being [angry] are comical and couldn’t be further from the truth.”
Gossip Cop also spoke with a rep for the reality star on Monday, after NW alleged Kardashian was filing for divorce, and we were exclusively told that such contentions are “false.” We’ve now checked back in with the spokesperson, who again assures us these divorce narratives are inaccurate. Gossip Cop would be remiss not to also mention that Life & Style was wrong in November when it claimed Kardashian and West were getting a divorce before welcoming their third baby. The tabloid is wrong again today.
