Did Kourtney Kardashian tell Younes Bendjima to “stop acting like” Scott Disick at a Coachella event last month? One of this week’s tabloids claims the reality star and male model are headed for a split because his partying is reminding her of her ex. Gossip Cop can set the record straight.
An alleged insider tells Life & Style that at a Coachella VIP event, Bendjima “spent the night drinking and dancing and barely even spoke to Kourtney, who was left sitting at her table and looking miserable.” The outlet’s questionable source adds, “She was so infuriated that at one point she was overheard yelling, ‘Stop acting like Scott!'”
According to the suspicious source, the age difference between the 39-year-old reality star and her 24-year-old boyfriend is another major issue. “Kourtney has always gone for younger guys, but the 15-year age gap is really starting to take a toll on their relationship,” adds the seemingly phony tipster.
The questionable insider further contends that Kardashian is starting to think that dating Bendjima isn’t “worth the trouble,” especially after what Disick has put her through over the years. “She already has three children to look after, and sometimes it feels more like four with Younes,” adds the so-called “insider.”
Unfortunately for the tabloid, every aspect of this article is probably untrue. Far from being “miserable,” Kardashian and her boyfriend were spotting holding hands at Coachella’s Neon Carnival on April 14. Earlier in the day, the reality star’s boyfriend was photographed with his hand on her lower back as they headed into the music festival. In fact, the Daily Mail reported that Kardashian and Bendjima were “inseparable” and “clearly in the throes of love” at the event.
As for the outlet’s claim that Kardashian thinks her boyfriend acts like a child, Us Weekly just published an article noting that Bendjima looked “fatherly” during a lunch outing with his girlfriend and her three kids. The story even says the male model helped his girlfriend to get her children to behave at the table, including getting her son Mason to put down his iPad and her daughter Penelope to sit in her chair.
In addition to all of the evidence disproving the tabloid’s article, a mutual pal of ours and Kardashian tells us on the condition of anonymity there was no altercation at Coachella, nor did the reality star compare her boyfriend to Disick. We’re further assured she doesn’t believe Bendjima is immature and parties too much. This is simply a non-issue.
