What’s Donald Trump raging about today? Russian witch hunts & ‘unending Stamina’

I’m in political semi-hibernation mode, but I just wanted to drop some info, in case anyone was interested. It seems that Robert Mueller has a list of questions that he’d like to ask Donald Trump. Trump’s legal team – which now includes Rudy Giuliani – has been playing fast and loose with the idea of Trump sitting down for any kind of interview with Mueller and Mueller’s team. If the FBI conducts the interview, the concern is that it’s against the law to lie to the FBI. And Donald Bigly lies a lot. Nailing Bigly on a charge of “lying to the FBI” seems like fait accompli if Bigly ever sat down with Mueller’s team. So here are the questions Mueller will ask Bigly if he’s ever given the chance:
There’s a lot to parse there and it’s clear that Mueller has set up about a million different traps involving Bigly’s recollections of conversations, the timeline and which children he would choose to throw under the bus to save himself. But Bigly looked at the list and he didn’t care. He tweeted this:
“No questions on Collusion.” Except there are several questions about collusion, but I get it: he’s illiterate. And there’s this too:
I like how we’re pretending that this is normal, you guys. I like how most of the country just shrugs when Trump goes on a tear about “witch hunts” during his morning dumps. But my favorite might be this one, from last night:
“Unending Stamina” is the new Dragon Energy.
A few more things: WH chief of staff John Kelly apparently called Trump “an idiot” multiple times in private, but he denies that now. Sources also say that Kelly is merely staying on because he believes he’s saving America from disaster if Trump becomes completely untethered. And Stormy Daniels is suing Donald Trump for defamation because he called her claims a “con job.”
