We chatted with Cameron about everything from what it’s like to host his show to random fun facts about him that will totally surprise you. Check it out!
TigerBeat: Tell us a little bit about where you grew up!
Cameron: I was born and raised in Redwood City, Califonia! #BayAreaaaaa! I grew up dancing and singing in my family’s dance studio, Studio S Broadway. I definitely couldn’t have picked a better place.
TigerBeat: How did you discover your passion for social media?
Cameron: I found a passion for social media when I started posting dancing, singing, and comedic videos online! As soon as I started receiving support, I just wanted to make more!
(Fun fact: “The Greatest Showman” star Keala Settle recently posted an Instagram story of people singing “This is Me” from the movie, and the very first clip she posted was Cameron’s musical.ly of him performing it in the Radio Disney studio!)

TigerBeat: Can you tell us three fun facts about you that would surprise our readers?
Cameron: 1. I was Macklemore once for Halloween, and once I had the opportunity to interview him. We had a good laugh about it and realized that we do look alike!
2. My entire family is in the entertainment business- parents, sisters, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandmother, and even my great-grandmother!
3. I taught myself how to play the piano, drums, and guitar.

TigerBeat: What is your favorite thing about hosting your show on Radio Disney?
Cameron: My favorite thing about hosting my show on Radio Disney is answering phone calls and talking with the fans from all over the world.
TigerBeat: What are three Radio Disney chart songs you’re currently obsessed with?
Cameron: “Finesse” by Bruno Mars and Cardi B, “Personal” by HRVY and “Alien” by Sabrina Carpenter and Jonas Blue.

Cameron: I had a blast hanging out with Charlie Puth!
