Khloe Kardashian did not “cut off” her family after a “blow-out fight” with Tristan Thompson, despite a report. Gossip Cop can bust the untrue story. Though Kardashian is nesting in Cleveland as she awaits the birth of her daughter, her family remains very much a part of her life.
But according to RadarOnline, Kardashian has been forced to deal with a “feud between her family and NBA player baby daddy.” Upon the reality star’s decision to give birth in Cleveland, her mom and siblings were “‘hugely disappointed’ and ‘freaked out’ they could lose her” to the Midwest “forever,” contends the site. A so-called “insider” is quoted as saying, “It cam[e] down to a straight choice of him or them. For now, [Thompson is] getting his way, and she’s maintaining she does love their other life in Ohio.”
Kris Jenner is described as “devastated” by Kardashian’s decision, with the website alleging that she made a “desperate move” by offering her daughter “major cash to film the birth in front of her family” and cameras for “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” A supposed “source,” however, claims that while Kardashian and Thompson are “considering” the deal, they are “leaning towards no.” The blog goes on to speculate that the “KUWTK” star “may even leave the show for good.”
There are number of falsehoods here. Far from cutting off contact with the rest of her famous clan, People reported in a story about Kardashian becoming a mom that she’s “in contact with her family every day” and even talks to her sisters “several times a day.” And while Kardashian is set on staying in Cleveland for the foreseeable future, the reputable magazine also noted that “her family is flying to Cleveland when it’s baby time,” and that she “especially wants Kris there for the birth.”
Also, given that Kardashian publicly revealed her plans to give birth in Cleveland when she was on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” back in January, it makes little sense that the outlet is only now claiming in late March that her family is “disappointed” and “freaked out” by the decision. Furthermore, there are no legitimate concerns that she is planning to stay in Ohio exclusively. As E! Online recently noted in an update about Kardashian’s birth plans, she has a nursery set up in her Los Angeles home, too, as she’ll be dividing her time as soon as the baby is cleared to fly.
In addition, Gossip Cop is assured by a family confidante that there is no “feud” between the family and Thompson, who recently came together to celebrated his birthday (see photo above). Nor was there a “blow-out fight” in which Kardashian was forced to choose between them. She’s been able to keep her loved ones in her life even as she resides elsewhere. That will continue to be the case going forward.
