Gwen Stefani Never Had Baby Girl With Blake Shelton, Despite Report A Year Ago

Gwen Stefani never had a baby girl with Blake Shelton, despite a tabloid claiming one year ago that the singer was pregnant. Gossip Cop exclusively debunked the story last year. Time has proven it to be false.

On March 22, 2017, OK! published a bogus cover story claiming the music superstars were expecting a little girl. An alleged insider told the magazine that the couple’s friends were “in a state of total disbelief” over the supposed news. The questionable source went on to say “there were lots of tears and high-fives around the room” when Shelton and Stefani told their families she was pregnant.

The phony tipster further contended that the couple was considering “revealing the baby news” on “The Voice.” But immediately after the unreliable outlet published this bogus article last year, a rep for Stefani exclusively assured Gossip Cop she wasn’t expecting a child. That remains the case one year later.

Although the music stars haven’t had a baby of their own, Shelton has been growing closer to Stefani’s three sons. The country singer noted on the “Today” show earlier this week that “it’s so much fun” hanging out with his girlfriend’s three boys. Shelton further admitted he thought parenting “wasn’t meant to be,” but being around Stefani’s sons has made him realize he “missed out on a lot.” Based on those comments, it’s not entirely out of the question the country star would want his own kids one day, but that certainly didn’t happen in the past 365 days.

In the year since OK! printed its false story, the magazine hasn’t been much more reliable when it comes to accurately reporting about the couple’s relationship. Gossip Cop recently busted the tabloid for falsely claiming that Stefani had a secret meeting with Miranda Lambert to discuss the latter’s divorce from Shelton. And as recently as January, the publication again claimed that Stefani was pregnant and getting married to Shelton.

The gossip magazine has been insisting that Shelton and Stefani would get married and have a baby ever since they first started dating more than two years ago. Neither of those milestones have occurred. Should their be such a development in the couple’s relationship, Gossip Cop will report it, but there’s been no truth to the narrative thus far.
