A new tabloid story about Bradley Cooper freaking out after forgetting diapers during an outing with his baby girl is completely made-up. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this nonsense. We’re told it never happened.

“New Daddy Bradley’s Diaper-Duty Dilemma” reads a headline in the latest issue of the National Enquirer. The accompanying article says Cooper wanted to give Irina Shayk a breather from the stresses of motherhood, so he took their one-year-old daughter for a day out while the model relaxed at home. As the story goes, the actor soon realized he didn’t bring along any diapers.

A so-called “source” tells the magazine, “The movie star was running down the aisles of Gelson’s Market in Pacific Palisades, desperately pleading, ‘Where are the diapers? I need diapers!'” The alleged witness says Cooper eventually found a pack, then frantically “raced to the express lane like his life depended on it.”

But Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to Cooper, who exclusively assures us the tabloid’s tale is completely fabricated. We also contacted the Gelson’s Market located in Pacific Palisades, and no one at the grocery store was aware of any such incident having taken place. The outlet’s story is nothing more than bizarre fan fiction.

Oddly enough, this isn’t the first time the Enquirer has made up a story about the actor having a diaper dilemma. Gossip Cop previously busted the tabloid for falsely claiming Cooper stunk up his car by accidentally leaving his baby’s dirty diaper in the backseat. For whatever reason, the unreliable outlet is fixated on publishing phony diaper-related reports about the actor, but these supposed incidents never occurred.

Additionally, the publication also has an ongoing narrative about famous actors struggling with taking care of their children. Gossip Cop previously called out the tabloid for wrongly reporting that fatherhood was “killing” George Clooney. Shortly after that fabrication, the outlet concocted a piece of fiction about Clooney’s twins drenching his $5,000 tuxedo in milk.

The untrustworthy magazine clearly has it out for famous first-time dads, especially Cooper and Clooney, but there’s no truth to any of these reports. The actor never ran down the aisles of a grocery store screaming for diapers. The magazine’s article is simply false and absurd.
