Jamie Foxx ‘Betrayed’ Katie Holmes By ‘Getting Cozy’ With Mystery Woman At Oscars?

Jamie Foxx did not “betray” Katie Holmes by supposedly “getting cozy” with a mystery woman at an Oscar party, despite a false report. Gossip Cop can exclusively clear up the supposed controversy. There’s simply nothing to it.

Foxx was spotted chatting with a unidentified brunette at an Oscars after-party on Sunday night, which has prompted In Touch to created drama between him and Holmes. An alleged insider tells the magazine that Foxx was “trying to be discreet” while talking to the woman, but everyone watched as he “put his arm around her waist and whispered something into her ear.”

The questionable source, who contends that Foxx “was acting like a single man” at the party, further speculates that Holmes will be devastated by the actor schmoozing with another woman. “[Katie] has invested a lot in this relationship,” adds the supposed tipster. “It’s disgraceful that he would behave this way.”

As Gossip Cop has noted several times, Foxx and Holmes enjoy spending time together, but they’re not in a fully-committed relationship. The actor and actress have their own separate lives and choose not to put a label on themselves. Regardless, Gossip Cop is told by a source close to the situation that Holmes doesn’t feel “betrayed” because the actor spoke to another woman at a party. This is a non-issue.

Additionally, Foxx and Holmes don’t consider themselves a couple in the traditional sense of the word. The actor and actress hang out when their schedules allow it, but the two also spend time apart, and that dynamic works for both of them. The untrustworthy magazine is trying to make it seem like the actor ditched Holmes to attend the Oscars solo, but that’s not the case.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time In Touch has attempted to create nonexistent problems between the actor and actress. Gossip Cop recently busted the outlet for falsely claiming Foxx and Holmes’ relationship was being threatened by his “secret texts” to an ex.
