Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are not ready to leave Los Angeles and permanently relocate to Oklahoma, despite a bogus report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this false claim. We’re told it’s simply untrue.

According to Celebrity Insider, the superstar couple is planning to leave Hollywood and embrace “a simpler life” on his ranch in Oklahoma. The unreliable site doesn’t have a single source to back up this assertion. Instead, the blog vaguely says “some outlets have reported” that Shelton and Stefani want to take their relationship out of the spotlight.

The outlet further maintains that the couple’s occasional trips to Shelton’s hometown “aren’t bringing them the privacy they crave,” so they want to stay in the midwestern state for good. Despite the outlet’s claims being completely unfounded, Gossip Cop still checked in with a source close to the situation, who exclusively assures us the music stars aren’t planning a permanent move to Oklahoma. This is simply a non-story.

Although it’s true that Stefani often spends holidays in Oklahoma with her boyfriend, she’s not looking to live there year-round. Also, the blog’s phony article is very similar to a number of reports Gossip Cop has already debunked. We recently busted RadarOnline for similarly alleging Shelton and Stefani were “quitting Hollywood” and “moving full-time” to his ranch.

Shortly after that nonsense, Gossip Cop called out The Inquistir for publishing a false article about Shelton and Stefani “leaving Hollywood” in an effort to keep their romance private. But as we’ve repeatedly noted in the past, the singers aren’t ditching their successful careers to stay out of the public eye. In fact, Shelton and Stefani have done a great job of not letting media scrutiny and tabloid nonsense tear them apart.

As for Celebrity Insider, the untrustworthy blog constantly spreads inaccurate stories about the music stars, so we’re not surprised by this latest fabrication. Gossip Cop recently corrected the site’s phony article about Stefani being pregnant with Shelton’s “miracle baby.” The outlet has also wrongly contended in the past that the country singer was cheating on his girlfriend. This latest report about a nonexistent move to Oklahoma is more lies.
