A new story claiming to know how Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott put their baby daughter Stormi Webster to sleep is completely made-up. Gossip Cop can correct this bogus story, which was posted by the serial fibbers at HollywoodLife. We’re told no one close to the couple is feeding the outlet with private information about Jenner and Scott’s baby girl.
According to the often discredited website, it’s “difficult” as a new parent to know “how to put your baby to sleep,” but Jenner and Scott have “found a solution to this common problem.” In a purported “exclusive,” a so-called “source” is quoted as telling the online publication, “Kylie and Travis have been busting their behinds caring for their beautiful daughter, and believe it or not, they’ve lost a ton of sleep as well.” The outlet’s most assuredly fake “insider” continues to claim that Stormi is “super energetic and getting her down is a bit challenging,” but the rapper has a “secret weapon of his own” to get the newborn to “calm down when it’s time for bed.”
And what exactly is that “secret weapon”? The website’s questionable tipster goes on to assert, “[Scott’s] swaddling game is on point! It’s textbook, and Kylie has been wearing Stormi’s swaddles around her shoulders and waist more often so that her scent can be transferred to it.” What’s more, the aptly nicknamed HollywoodLies further quotes its alleged “source” as saying, “It has helped Stormi become extra calm once Travis wraps her in them. They’re really doing everything as a team.”
But it’s utterly laughable that Scott’s supposed “secret weapon” is swaddling, something virtually every parent does. Simply, HollywoodLies took a common practice for getting newborns to sleep, but pretended to have learned about it through a non-existent “source.” Without even knowing the couple, anyone would rationally assume they’re swaddling. Still, Gossip Cop looked into the story, and an impeccable source close to Jenner tells us the report is 100 percent “made-up,” as no one from the couple’s trusted inner circle is talking to the website about Stormi.
Oddly, HollywoodLies’ praise for the rapper comes after it’s slew of stories throughout Jenner’s pregnancy that questioned whether he was going to be a suitable father. Remember, Gossip Cop corrected the unreliable outlet in December when it falsely claimed Jenner was “leaning” on Jordyn Woods during her pregnancy because she felt “abandoned” by Scott. But of course, now that they’ve stayed together and numerous outlets have reported Scott is cutting down on work to spend time with his baby daughter and is being a great dad, the site is unashamedly changing its stance with even more made-up narratives. It’s all lies.
