Justin Bieber has come a long way since his first YouTube videos, and he’s grown up a lot too! The “Sorry” singer is celebrating his 24th birthday today. We know that Justin has been laying low lately, but that didn’t stop some of his friends from wishing him a happy birthday on Twitter, even Ruby Rose Turner got in on the celebration.
