Angela Kinsey Opens Up About Her Cat Obsession and 'The Office'
She doesn't just play a cat lady on TV.
Angela in accounting is ready to get back to work.
As rumors of a potential The Office reboot continue to swirl, Angela Kinsey tells Celebuzz! she is down to reprise her role as the no-nonsense accountant on the NBC comedy. In fact, she already has a few ideas as to where her character might be these days.
While attending a special screening of Half Magic with former co-star Jenna Fisher in West Hollywood Wednesday, Feb. 21, the 46-year-old actress shared her thoughts on how NBC should handle the rumored revival. For starters, the network should reach out to the original cast.
“Of all the cast members I’ve talked to, no one has been called. No one has been contacted in any way, but I think all of us are excited,” she said. “If Greg Daniels can bring the group back together … I’m up for it. Sign me up!”

“I’m a fan of the show. I’m actually a fan of it. I enjoy it and I think the comedy holds up,” she added. “The characters are so special to me that even I’m curious to know where they are!”
As fans know, Angela married Dwight (Rainn Wilson) in the finale of The Office. Now, five years later, Kinsey imagines Angela and Dwight would be “running a really defunct bed and breakfast” as a couple.
“She’s still head of accounting. She’ll never let that go,” she assured us. “But maybe she’ll go into the office two days week and boss people around.”
Now isn’t that just the American dream?
