The 15-year-old singer, who was recently nominated for the 2018 Kids’ Choice Awards in the Favorite Musical Youtube Creator category, just posted the kindest note to friends and fans on Instagram following the end of his ‘Left Me Hangin’ tour!

Jacob, who truly has a way with words, shares that he’s so thankful for all of his friends and fans who have helped make this tour possible! He also says that he “can’t wait to share all of this new music with you and keep growing this family bigger than ever!!!!” We can’t wait to see what comes next for this super-talented star! We’re sure that his next project will be just as successful!

Can't believe the Left Me Hangin Tour is over!!! Just wanted to say thank you to these people right here for supporting me on such a fun tour and killing it on stage every night. Also wanted to thank all of the crew for all of their hard work every day to make this tour run smoothly. Most important of all… i want to thank all of you guys for supporting me and coming out to the shows. I wouldn't be able to do a tour without you guys and I know my life would be much different if I didn't have you guys in it. I can't wait to share all of this new music with you and keep growing this family bigger than ever!!!! Thank you all for everything you mean the world to me ❤️
