The oh-so-lovable ‘Stranger Things‘ actress is officially 14-years-old and her boyfriend, Jacob Sartorius, is helping her ring in the special day with a thoughtful Instagram post. As if we needed another reason to ship these heart-melting teens together!

Along with an adorable black-and-white selfie of the two young lovebirds, the 15-year-old “Left Me Hangin’” singer — who’s currently on tour with fellow fan-favorite social media-turned pop stars Hayden Summerall and Zach Clayton — posted a sweet message:

“You’re the funniest, most caring person in the entire world. I hope this year brings you lots of great memories and moments you remember forever,” he wrote.
