Katie Perry's "I Kissed a Girl" is about to turn 10, and those 10 years have definitely dated her bisexual breakout hit.

Released in April 2008, Perry is the first to admit the anthem hasn't aged well when it comes to both gender and sexuality.

"If I had to write that song again, I probably would make an edit on it," she told Glamour in a video in which she watched fan covers of some of her biggest songs.

"Lyrically, it has a couple of stereotypes in it," Perry added. "Your mind changes so much in 10 years, and you grow so much. What's true for you can evolve."

The singer-songwriter also said society has "changed conversationally" since the song's 2008 release. "We've come a long way," she explained. "Bisexuality wasn't as talked about back then, or any type of fluidity."
