Beyoncé Just Bought A Church!

Already the Queen Bey and savior for some, Beyoncé's holdings just got a little more heavenly after she acquired an old church in New Orleans this week!

According to TMZ, the superstar bought a 7,500 square-foot old stone church in The Big Easy — an $850,000 purchase in total!

The church itself is an interesting piece of property: it is more than 100 years old, having been build in the early 1900s.

Interestingly, it hasn't been used as a place of worship for at least a while due to its members getting old and passing away over time, and membership eventually dwindling to zero. Whoa!

No telling on what she's planning to do with the property, but it is a very cool, classic old stone structure that just screams New Orleans style. Plus, it isn't located too far from Bey's sis Solange's home in New Orleans, too.

Guess we'll see what comes of it in time. Definitely a unique purchase — how many people can say they bought a church?!?!
