February 16, 20186 Juiciest Nuggets From Ronan Farrow's Exposé on Donald Trump Playmate Karen McDougal
The long narrative details exactly how Trump created a specific routine to hide his extramarital affairs in the sheets through the eyes of former Playmate of the Year, Karen McDougal, who claims she had a consensual affair with the current president long before he took office.
Donald Trump's alleged adultery during marriage to Melania Trump was exposed again on Friday.
Ronan Farrow — the same journalist who wrote a bombshell Harvey Weinstein exposé — wrote a piece for The New Yorker detailing the president's alleged consensual affair with former Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal. The news comes while Trump is already dealing with reports of his alleged sexual encounter with porn star Stormy Daniels.

Although the White House called Farrow's reporting "fake news" (were you expecting something else?), it's based on an eight-page, handwritten note from McDougal detailing her alleged nine-month affair Trump, beginning shortly after Melania gave birth to Trump's youngest son, Barron. She did not give it to Farrow herself, but she did confirm to the journalist that she wrote it.
McDougal's story was first snatched up by American Media, Inc. — the publisher of National Enquirer — for $150,000. But according to Farrow, the company never intended to publish the woman's story.
We'll let Farrow explain:
Purchasing a story in order to bury it is a practice that many in the tabloid industry call “catch and kill.” This is a favorite tactic of the C.E.O. and chairman of A.M.I., David Pecker, who describes the President as “a personal friend.” As part of the agreement, A.M.I. consented to publish a regular aging-and-fitness column by McDougal. After Trump won the presidency, however, A.M.I.’s promises largely went unfulfilled, according to McDougal. Last month, the Journal reported that Trump’s personal lawyer had negotiated a separate agreement just before the election with an adult-film actress named Stephanie Clifford, whose screen name is Stormy Daniels, which barred her from discussing her own affair with Trump. Since then, A.M.I. has repeatedly approached McDougal about extending her contract.
McDougal said she regrets signing the contract and refused to elaborate any details of the alleged affair in fear of retaliation.
"It took my rights away," McDougal said. "At this point, I feel I can't talk about anything without getting into trouble because I don't know what I'm allowed to talk about. I'm afraid to even mention his name."
Here are all of the juiciest details about the alleged affair we could find in the latest Farrow exposé.
Trump Thought McDougal Had Sex With Him for Cash
Believe it or not, the model said she actually got it on with Trump because she was legitimately attracted to him.
"I was into his intelligence and charm. Such a polite man," McDougal wrote while recounting their dinner date a the Beverly Hills Hotel. "We talked for a couple hours – then, it was 'ON'! We got naked + had sex."
She added that Trump offered her money for her time, and said she was "special" for rejecting it.
"He offered me money," she wrote. "I looked at him (+ felt sad) + said, 'No thanks – I’m not that girl.' I slept w/you because I like you – NOT for money’ – He told me 'you are special.'"
But McDougal ended up accepting cash in other ways down the road.
"Every time I flew to meet him, I booked/paid for [my] flight and hotel and he reimbursed me," McDougal wrote. "No paper trails for him."

Trump Had McDougal Pose in Pictures With His Family
Trump — who was married and had recently welcomed a new child into this world with his wife, Melania — allegedly had his mistress pose for pictures with his family at an "Apprentice" party at the Playboy Mansion, where McDougal was working as a costumed Playboy bunny.
"We took pics together, alone + with his family," McDougal wrote.
She wrote that Trump he had asked his son Eric "who he thought was the most beautiful girl here + Eric pointed me. Mr. T said 'He has great taste' + we laughed!"
Melania Wants to Be Left Alone In Trump Tower
McDougal wrote that while Trump was giving her a tour of Trump Tower, he couldn't help but point out his wife Melania's separate bedroom.
"[He] said she liked her space to read or be alone," McDougal wrote.
Why She Ended the Affair
According to McDougal's friend, John Crawford, the model ended her relationship with Trump in April of 2007 because of overwhelming guilt.
"She couldn't look at herself in the mirror anymore," Crawford said. "And she was concerned about what her mother thought of her."
And he apparently offended her a number of times, too.
Disrespectful Comments
Farrow cited "several of her friends" to get a better picture of how Trump finally turned McDougal off in conversation.
Upon hearing her mother disapproved of their relationship, Trump reportedly said, "What, that old hag?"
In another instance, McDougal was reportedly offended when she was riding in a limo with Trump and her friend, and the "Apprentice" host remarked the friend liked "the big black dick." To make the situation more uncomfortable, he allegedly began commenting on her attractiveness and breast size.
"The interactions angered the friend and deeply offended McDougal," Farrow wrote in his report.

Why McDougal Is Speaking Out
McDougal lives in fear that A.M.I. will strike back for her publicly commenting on the matter in Farrow's story, but she cited the #MeToo movement as inspiration as well as a health emergency.
"I was sick and feeling like I was dying and bedridden, all I could do was pray to live. But now I pray to live right, and make right with the wrongs that I have done," she told Farrow.
"I know it’s a different circumstance, but I just think I feel braver," she added, and doesn't recommend other women sign agreements limiting their freedom of speech.
"Every girl who speaks is paving the way for another," she said.
