5 Wrong Rumors About Kristen Stewart

Kristen Stewart is frequently targeted by the tabloids. Gossip Cop has debunked several false stories about the actress as of late, including lies about her relationships and career. Here are five recent wrong rumors about Stewart.

In April, Gossip Cop busted RadarOnline for wrongly reporting that Stewart and her girlfriend Stella Maxwell were “on the rocks.” The only evidence of this was that they supposedly barely spoke to each other at Coachella. This story was provably untrue. Stewart and Maxwell were actually spotted kissing and holding hands at the music festival. And of course, the couple is still very much together.

Earlier in the month, Star and RadarOnline published ridiculous stories about Stewart and Drew Barrymore being “lesbian lovers.” The unreliable outlets falsely claimed that the two sparked a romance during the production of the Charlie’s Angels reboot. The main problem with the story? The Charlie’s Angels reboot isn’t in production yet, and Stewart hasn’t officially signed on to star in the movie. In the weeks since the article was published, the actress hasn’t been seen with Barrymore, but she’s been constantly spotted out and about with her girlfriend.

OK! wrongly reported in January that Stewart was reuniting with ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson for a new movie. Tellingly, the tabloid provided zero details about the supposed project, such as the genre, plot and filmmakers behind it. Gossip Cop exclusively debunked the report when it first emerged, and as time has proven, the two aren’t working on a movie together. Stewart and Pattinson both have a number of projects lined up over the next few years, but none of them involve each other. In fact, Pattinson just joined the Netflix movie The King, which began production on Friday.

In December, Gossip Cop busted NW for making up a story about Stewart and Maxwell getting into a fight over Ashley Benson. It was said that the model was jealous of her girlfriend spending time with the actress. What the untrustworthy magazine failed to mention is that Maxwell is friends with Benson as well. In fact, the trio often all hang out together, so the “Pretty Little Liars” star clearly isn’t causing any issues in Stewart’s relationship.

And finally, Life & Style wrongly reported last September that Stewart and Pattinson had gotten back together as a couple. Of course, the article was completely baseless. Gossip Cop exclusively debunked the story at the time it was written, and time has show that the Twilight co-stars never reunited. Stewart is still happily dating Maxwell. Gossip Cop will continue to separate fact from fiction about the actress.
