Kourtney Kardashian has been the subject of many false stories lately. Gossip Cop, however, has repeatedly debunked these various untrue reports about the reality star’s personal life. Now, we look back at five recent wrong rumors.
Earlier this month, Life & Style wrongly reported that Kardashian told boyfriend Younes Bendjima to “stop acting like” Scott Disick at a Coachella event. The unreliable magazine said the male model’s partying was reminding her of her ex, and it caused major tension between the two at the music festival. An alleged “insider” even claimed Kardashian was “miserable” and barely spoke to her boyfriend at the bash. In reality, Kardashian and Bendjima were photographed holding hands at Coachella. Another image showed the reality star’s boyfriend with his hand on her lower back as they headed into event. Meanwhile, the Daily Mail reported that Kardashian and Bendjima were “inseparable” the whole time.
In April, Gossip Cop busted Star for making up a story about Kardashian refusing to give her children candy or dessert. The claim that she deprives her kids of treats, however, was provably untrue. Last summer, Kardashian and her children were photographed enjoying ice cream while on vacation in Nantucket. In 2016, Kardashian and her kids were spotted eating lollipops during an outing in Malibu. It’s pretty clear the reality star hasn’t banned dessert and candy from her kids’ lives.
Gossip Cop called out RadarOnline in March for wrongly reporting that Kardashian was dating Travis Barker following a supposed breakup with her boyfriend. There was one major problem with the blog’s claim: the reality star and male model hadn’t split. Around the same time the site published its phony article, Kardashian and Bendjima were spotted at a bowling alley along with her three kids. Of course, they’re still together nearly two months later.
In December, Gossip Cop debunked a ridiculous OK! story about Kardashian warning Jennifer Lawrence to stay away from Scott Disick. The article was concocted after the actress said in an interview that Disick would be one of three celebrities she’d invite to her dream dinner party. The story made little sense, considering Kardashian has a boyfriend and has no intention of getting back together with her ex. Regardless, a source close to the reality star assured us on the condition of anonymity that she never confronted Lawrence over a hypothetical scenario. We were further told the Kardashian family loves that the actress is such a big fan.
And finally, Star published a bogus report in November claiming that Kardashian was considering getting pregnant after mom Kris Jenner supposedly ordered her to do so. This was at the time when Kim, Khloe and Kylie all had babies on the way, and it was said that Jenner thought it would be good publicity for another one of her daughters to have a child. Meanwhile, Kardashian was said to be very open to the idea. However, not only did a rep tell us on the record that the story was “false,” but Kardashian said on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” the very same week that she’s not pregnant. Gossip Cop will continue to debunk wrong rumors about the reality star.
